Since her call to the bar in 2011, Eun-Kyung has practised exclusively in the area of family law. She has extensive experience in all areas of family law, including complex parenting and financial matters, drafting and negotiating agreements, and representing clients at conferences, mediations and court hearings.
Eun-Kyung is proficient in all forms of alternative dispute resolution. She is a collaboratively trained professional, values a modern approach to conflict resolution, and has a keen ability to tailor her services to the specific needs of her clients.
Eun-Kyung holds a J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School (Toronto), an M.A. in International Relations from Yonsei University (Seoul), and a B.A. in Psychology and Communications from Temple University (Philadelphia). Following her time at Osgoode Hall, she returned as a teaching assistant for the negotiation intensive course.
Drawing on her diverse and cross-cultural experiences, Eun-Kyung brings an innovative and multi-disciplinary perspective to problem solving within the family law sphere.
Eun-Kyung is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Association of Collaborative Professionals, and the Toronto Collaborative Practice Group.
During her down time, Eun-Kyung enjoys practicing yoga and trying new cuisines (especially those that make you feel alive).
